At Nimmo Bay Resort we are as much about our food as we are about the adventures we offer. Being able to nourish our guests with fresh, local, coastal, homemade fare and spoil them with the best in BC Wine, is truly as much a treat for us as it is for our guests. See below to learn more.

Breakfast at Nimmo Bay


Breakfast is served in our Family Style Dining Room.
 Freshly baked morning pastries are laid out for you to enjoy with your freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino or specialty tea.
This is followed by our legendary Nimmo Bay Granola, made in house and served with fresh cut fruit and yogurt, fresh squeezed juices and a daily homemade smoothie.
 Lastly you will feast upon our Daily Breakfast Creation made just for you in our Nimmo Bay Kitchen.

Gourmet Picnic Lunch


Everyday lunch is served in a different and more spectacular location. Find yourself feasting atop a glacier, on a white sand beach, by a stream, next to a pristine lake, on the edge of an old growth forest, the list goes on. Laid out on a beautifully clothed table for you by your guide is an amazing selection of Costal Cuisine. Enjoy sandwiches made with bread fresh from our bakery, nuts spiced in house, local cheeses, delicious warm soups, fresh pastries and much much more. 
All lunches are served with fantastic local wines, beer, cocktails (as requested), coffee, tea, pop and juices.

Coastal Cuisine at its Finest for Dinner


While you and your guests are enjoying cocktails, a generous amuse-bouche is set out for you on our gorgeous floating fire dock or inside the cozy lodge.
 Once this is complete, guests are invited to move either to our outdoor dining tables or into our indoor dining room. A beautiful and fresh three course coastal meal is then served to you and your guests in a flawless and relaxed manner. All food is prepared and served with care and heart and made fresh that day. 
To drink are local wines, a selection of beer, and any choice from our fully stocked bar.
