Our guides will take you to isolated streams with an abundance of pacific salmon (Coho, Chinook, Sockeye, Pinks) Steelhead and trout (Dolly Varden, Rainbow, Cutthroat. The beauty of the helicopter is that you are able to access over 30,000 square miles of terrain and over 50 isolated rivers and streams with ease, allowing you to always be where the fish are, since your helicopter stayes with you all day.
Nimmo Bay has a catch and realease policy for all fresh water fishing.
Helicopter Adventure
This adventure is for people of all ages who are looking to explore 30,000 square miles of beautiful wilderness with their own helicopter. Our guides will take you to glaciers, mountain tops, old growth forests, white sand beaches, waterfalls, pristine lakes, remote islands, hot springs, isolated rivers, and cultural museums. At each different location your adventure continues, you may find yourself Heli-hiking, swimming, rafting, drifting, fishing, learning, playing, taking photos, or wildlife viewing. Wellness Retreat
The focus of this adventure is on health, wellness, wilderness, pampering, physical and spiritual growth and retreating. Currently being built is a brand new floating yoga studio, and fitness room, these new facilities will hold the space to recharge, retreat, relax and renew.

Nimmo Bay Resort was built on the dream to keep the Murray Family together, to live amongst and respect nature, and to create a space for visitors to experience the vast beauty and true magic that exists at Nimmo Bay.
Nimmo Bay Resort was incorporated in 1981 by The Murray Family.
Nimmo Bay Resort is located at the base of Mt.Stevens, in the middle of the Great Bear Rainforest, in a small ocean bay on the mainland coast of northern British Columbia, Canada. .
Nimmo Bay exists at a different vibration than the rest of the world.
The only way to get to Nimmo Bay is by Helicopter, Float Plane or Boat.
From Mid-July to the end of October Nimmo Bay Resort is a Helicopter Fishing, Helicopter Adventure, and Wilderness Retreat Location.
Beginning in May 2012 and running until Mid-July, Nimmo Bay Resort is expanding its repertoire to offer Wellness Retreats with the focus on health, yoga, wilderness adventure, and of course helicopter adventures.
At Nimmo Bay the days are long and the days are good and the memories last a lifetime.
Nimmo Bay Resort is composed of nine beautiful cabins, and has a maximum capacity of eighteen people.
Nimmo Bay Resort exists completely off the power grid, and for nine months out of the year runs on clean hydro energy produced from our on site waterfall.
Cascading through the centre of Nimmo Bay resort is a picture book waterfall that supplies the resort with both clean drinking water and clean energy.
Nimmo Bay Resort is cozy and luxurious.
